This is a 30-minute guided "emotional digestion" meditation and movement practice. It's designed to help you digest stuck energy, emotions, and experiences (from both the present time and your old childhood stuff too).
So if ever you begin to feel like you're going to explode (or implode) from rising emotions of any kind, get some privacy (so you can make sound and dance/move freely), lock your door, turn this audio on, and get ready to go on a healing journey. I also highly recommend this as a proactive/maintenance practice for your wellbeing at any time.
Don't worry if you don't know exactly what to expect. The audio is full of step-by-step instruction throughout (along with more info about what emotional digestion is and what it offers you). And I can promise you that if you really go for it, you will feel like a brand new woman when you're done. And you'll be ready to take on the rest of the day feeling lighter, more alive, and more free.
This is one of my favorite practices of all time, and I find it so impactful to my mental and emotional wellbeing that I like to do a version of it at least once a week! I really hope you enjoy it!
